I see more than one entry for a case, but the same CFN for each, why?
The application only reflects the most recent recording information for a
particular case, but if you view the listed CFN, you will see links to
previously recorded Certificates of Title and/or Amended certificates for the
same case. In the “other information” column it will be noted if the document is
an amended or corrected certificate.

What does it mean when
Not Received / Returned is checked?
Two different events will result in this box being checked: Either we never
received the title, because of a motion, order or other event which caused a
delay, or we received the title but it was returned to the Clerk either because
the Clerk called it back, or because an error in the title has to be corrected.
